We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Pro Displays is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the greater of $1 or the amount paid by you in the prior one-month period.

13. Indemnification

You agree to cover all attorney fees incurred by Pixel Pro Displays for enforcing these Terms.

Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Pennsylvania state or federal courts.
You waive the right to a jury trial.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Pixel Pro Displays may assign its rights or obligations in connection with a sale or merger.

17. Changes and Amendments

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
