Tonight we did some sub modeling with the Boscoyo Small Fan Arch. We haven’t created an official PPD Certified model yet and we wanted some help to create these new submodels! I also want to give a shout out to John Margeri as he has wanted to do something like this for a while.  The original Live version doesn’t show the first question asked in the xLights group as I forgot to change the camera angle (still getting better at that).  But We’ll also link the Live FB Link which does show it.

]]> The Mesmerizer Spinner receives an update!  We've added some new sub models to the original Boscoyo 48" Mega Spinner called "Radiation".  These new sub models have been added to the new PRO Layout group called Spinner Alert.  Beginning September 2021, this new group will be included in all future programming as a sequencing option.  This video shows the sub models being added to the Mesmerizer and how you can build your own sub models.  The new Mesmerizer is available for download on the PPD Certified Model Download Page here!  We also found a bug with the model import and group count population.  That's all in the video as well, as I did discover while recording this video.

]]> This video will walk you through the step-by-step process of creating a sub model for a wreath.  If you have any high density pixel props, this is one way to take advantage of the programming abilities inside xLights.  We also review how to import sub models from one model into another.  This is particularly helpful when creating creating sub models for multiple of the same props such as snowflakes and spinners.  You can also easily add you new sub models to your layout's existing groups.
