										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What is power injection?&nbsp; Power injection is a process of which we add power to a string of pixels which does not have enough power to fully light the RGB nodes.&nbsp; RGB lights use either 5v or 12v power to run them. When there is not enough power, either because of distance or consumption, we must inject power to fully activate the spectrum of color being displayed.</p>
<p>In the 2015 Leechburg Lights display, we had to use power injection to any sets of lights that were not fully powered and show a "dim" color or tint at the end of the set.&nbsp; This video shows a new board produced by Andy Harrison that makes power injecting much easier than any homemade way I've found to date.</p>
