This is part 1 of the June 2021 PPD Webinar for testing your models. We start with how to setup your network on your Windows computer. This is the first basic step to connecting to your controllers in order to make your lights blink and flash. Please note, wifi connection and USB-to-Ethernet dongles may transmit data. However, the controller uploads may appear to work, or may not upload to your controllers at all.
