In 2013 I added 7 twig trees to the Leechburg Lights display. The trees came from Home Depot and were around $15 each on clearance. I ordered dumb RGB nodes with white wire to install on the tree. I removed the factory LEDs and assembled a wire-harness for the new RGB's. This was a very time consuming project. Took me around 13 hours to build the first one. By the time I made the 7th tree, I think it went together in around 8 hours. If I were to make these trees today, I would have used pixels. Pixels are now more affordable than the dumb RGB from 2 1/2 years ago. I have no plans to re-wire these trees. I'm very happy with how they turned out.
